Boating Turkey organised for us the most wonderful 7 day holiday on a gullet cruising down the coast of Turkey, July 2013. We are two Australian families with four children aged between 5 and 11. Necmi responded quickly to all our questions and queries and provided us with exceptional service and attention to detail he found us the perfect boat for two families and organised a wonderful local Turkish captain and crew. Everything went as planned.
The pickup at the airport, the apartments you booked for us and the 50 foot Bavaria , everything was great. Your staff in Göcek gave us an excellent service. This was the first time we rented a boat in the Mediterranean and our first visit to Turkey. These two weeks we sailed in Turkeys waters were wonderful. Going to sleep under the star bright sky every evening, was a joy. If any one is looking for good service, good boats, talk with Boating Turkey.

This was our first time booking through Boating Turkey. Necmi was extremely helpful, selecting the right boat for us and dealing with all of our needs. The service provided by Boating Turkey is the most efficient and professional I have experienced and I would highly recommend them. Our boat was immaculate when we arrived and we returned it in the same condition. We have sailed in Turkey six times now and the scenery is breath taking. Having just returned from a week on Sun-World IX we have to say it was one of the best sailing trips we have ever had. The company “Boating Turkey” were wonderful to deal with from the very first email from Necmi. The “4 star” boat was very comfortable, well maintained and the captain and crew were excellent and waited on us hand and foot. The weather was excellent, sun shining every day and we visited some lovely bays and most of us swam every day. The water was crystal clear in most bays and although a little on the chilly side some days as it is tends to be in the Mediterranean, it was great to warm up in the sun then jump in to cool off. The chef was excellent and most of the food was typical Turkish style, made with very fresh ingredients and very tasty. The crew made a big effort to please everyone which is quite a feat in a party of 19 and also adapted meals to meet the special dietary requirements of some of our group. Although the group was large the boat was even larger and there was a cabin with ensuite for every 2 or 3 people and of course there was huge amounts of deck space to sunbathe, read or just lounge around. Some nights were warm and some people slept on the many cushions and sun beds up on deck but others found it was cool enough to sleep in their cabins with or without the air-conditioning working which was only when the generator was on. Having sailed at various places around the world on both bareboat and crewed charters over the last 32 years, we feel well qualified to say that this was a wonderful experience and we would love to sail with Boating Turkey again.
