Salute to Capitan Yavuz Kose and Cook Serkan Babayigit (nicknamed Captain Cook by our group).

Along with Boating Turkey they were responsible for one of the most enjoyable weeks we as a family with our in law children have had in our lives.

This was a dream come true to us as we have been dreaming about this cruise for 6 years as we did plan a similar trip 6 years ago, but had to abandon it as 2 of the couples pulled out. My first contact with Boating Turkey for this trip was already in May last year and I had a very responsive feedback from Necmi on every e-mail that I have sent to him. He was very helpful in assisting us in all the arrangements.

Due to a limited budget we chartered the smallest boat that we could get hold of, but we were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of the interior of the boat. The two smaller cabins were a bit uncomfortable but fine for the two younger couples in our group. We fortunately experienced excellent weather and could therefore spend all the time on the deck. Gathering as a family on the foredeck while cruising was a real family binding experience.

Our captain and chef were excellent hosts as they were always there but never intruding into our privacy despite the limited circulation space. Yavuz gave us a feeling of having everything under control at all times even during a very rough spot on the open sea when we were cruising against a very strong wind. Compliments to our wonderful chef Serkan who had the ability to prepare the most wonderful meals in his small kitchen. Lunch and dinner was always a pleasant surprise with the fresh fish speared by then at night something very special.

Even to us as South Africans with a very weak currency the trip was very affordable and goes highly recommended. It was an unforgettable week on the Turkish coast.

Dear Necmi,

we had a wonderful time on the SAMBA !
To be honest, we have never seen a boat that was so well maintained, well equiped and clean as this one ! We have been sailing with our friends for many years already and we have been to other places in countries such as Greece, Italy and Croatia.
This Broadblue 435 was absolutely great to sail with and we would love to rent it or a similar one again.
Thanks for your help and hopefully we'll be back again some day !

“From the moment we made our first tentative enquiry until we arrived back at the airport at the end of our vacation we could not have wished to have received a better level of service than that provided by Boating Turkey. The booking and pre-trip procedures were made very straightforward for us, leading us to arrive at Dalaman airport with great confidence. Our gulet, Dea Delmare was simply stunning and we had a crew that were attentive whenever we needed anything and invisible when we were enjoying our charter. The food provided was unbelievably good, none of us could believe the quantity and variety of dishes that kept appearing from such a small place. The weather was fantastic and, set against such a beautiful backdrop, combined to create a memorable holiday. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary with our children and their partners and the crew threw a surprise party for us which, amazingly, included tendering in to our “private” bay a DJ with all of his equipment. Gulet Trip on M/S Remo

Our first experience on a Gulet we had in these last September days (2018). After an ?nternet research I contacted Mr Necmi Artar for a 5 day trip for 2 person. He proposed for 2 people a trip with the boat M/S Remo with the Captains Celal and Ismet (his son) and the younger son Emir. Today will finish our small adventure in the Gulf of Gökova Körfezi and we are really sorry.

The boat is comfortable with a big master cabin and as we are only 2 people we can put the luggage in a smaller cabin. We stopped and stayed in beautiful lonely bays with cristal clear water. Sometimes we could go on the islands to have nice walks in the pine forest. Every day Isemt and Emir cooked delicious Turkish specialities with a lot of fresh vegetables. Everything was very tasty and we discovered the variety of Turkish specialities. Celal the younger son took care of cleaning, anchoring. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The father speaks a little bit of English, enough to have some nice chat. The best months are June and September, water is still 25° warm but not many Gulets are around and you really enjoy peace and heaven. The family is really lovely and they know the best bays to stay. We could not have a better boat. We felt like honeymooners! (after 13 years of marriage)

PS: The wines we could order on the winelist were really good!
