Gulf of Mandalya ( Bodrum > Didyma > Bodrum )

1.Day: Embarking the yacht in Bodrum. Welcome drink and information about the yacht and the tour programme. Dinner and overnight in Bodrum.

2.Day: After breakfast, cruising to the island of Buyuk Kiremit where the guests have a chance to relax and swim. After lunch here, we will sail to the small naturel harbour of Gumusluk (Ancient Myndos). Dinner and overnight stay here.

3.Day: Cruising in the moorning, we arrive Panayir Adasi at the northen coast of the gulf. Breakfast will be served enroute, after the lunch, we will sail to Altinkum. It is advised to make an excursion to the famous ancient city of Didyma.

4.Day: After breakfast in Altinkum, we also advise you to make an excursion to the ancient cities of Priene and Miletos. Overnight and dinner will be in one of the bays near Altinkum.

5.Day: After the breakfast, we will set sail (depending on the wind conditions) to Cam Limani where we will have a lunch. In the afternoon we will cruise to the charming Kiyikislacik village. (Ancient Iasos), a little harbour surrounded by lovely fish restaurants and do not forget to make a trip to ruins of ancient Iasos. Dinner and overnight stay here.

6.Day: After breakfast, we will leave Iasos and cruise to Salih Island. After the lunch we will cruise to Turkbuku for an overnight and dinner.

7. Day: Today we will cruise to Yalikavak, then stop in Catal Island to spend the last night. Dinner and overnight stay will be made here.

8.Day: Early in the moorning sailing to Bodrum. Disemberkation after breakfast in the Bodrum harbour.

7 of us had the most superb weeks holiday on the Gullet Hasay in late June 2012. The boat had been completely renovated the previous year and was extremely comfortable. Our Captain, Typhoon, was fantastic with a good command of English and great sense of humour. Our Cook [ should be called a Chef ] named Marhoot [ sorry for spelling ] was so creative that whilst we had booked half board [ breakfast and 1 meal a day ] after 4 days we reprovisioned so that we did not have to get off the boat for meals. Memmo deserves a medal for his hard and enthusiastic work, he never allowed anyone’s glass to go dry at any time of the day or night, he decorated the dining table with fresh flowers and creative napkins for every meal all of this after cleaning and scrubbing every surface of the gullet every day. Well done to you all who made our holiday extremely memorable and we shall certainly be back next year and hope that Marhoot has not been made a captain and will still be in his spotless but tiny galley. I have organised my 40th birthday celebrations renting a gulet for a week with Boating Turkey. The trip was a dream come true and exceeded my expectations! From beginning to end, the trip was perfect. We were welcomed by Gursel who is the representative of Boating Turkey in Gocek who was very friendly, relaxed and helpful. This was the tone for the whole trip. The boat itself was clean, in excellent condition and more importantly, the Captain Cevat, the Chef and Hasan were amazing. They really made the trip very special: helfpul, friendly, excellent... They seemed to be attentive to our needs and respond to them in a discreet way. Everyone on the trip agreed that they were great. The food was delicious and varied. I would highly recommend this kind of trip in general, it’s paradise for anyone who wants to relax and discover the southern coast of Turkey and live on board. I would also highly recommend Boating Turkey to anyone who wants to organise such a trip.

We did have a fantastic time! The crew was good, and the food was great. The 10 of us were well taken care of at all times. The young assistant was truly amazing. He was so amazing, he was able to anticipate our needs. He even served us coffee first thing in the morning while we were waking up. All things considered, I would definately recommend this type of vacation to others.

From our first moment on board when we were shown around the bedrooms, bathrooms, dining area and so on I knew I would be having a once in a lifetime experience. The polished wood, the royal blue shade cloths and sunbathing areas all added to the feeling of luxury during our two weeks saling the stunning turkish waters and visiting the beautiful bays and sea side villages and ports along the coast. Every little wish of ours was immediately considered and acted upon by the crew and the Captain made sure every single day of a new view and always the best place to moor to please us. This included the use of the air conditioning at night which in late August was absolutely necessary and something we had been worrying about, though without any fuss our nights were as cool as we wanted by having the aircon on, thanks for that! The food was excellent, never boring, always very delicious and always served with grace and professionalism by the crew. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean, the whole boat for that matter washed down and scrubbed regularly and if there was the smallest problem in a bathroom for example it was dealt with immediately. We all felt that the two weeks was very good value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to all of my friends.
