I would just like to thank Necmi Artar and all at Boating Turkey for their honesty and integrity. We chartered and paid for our yacht in May of this year but unfortunately at the last minute, due to illness, we were unable to take our holiday. We emailed Boating Turkey and told them and also that we understood that no refund could be paid as we cancelled just two weeks before the charter date. However, Boating Turkey managed to late charter the yacht that we had originally chartered for part of the charter term and immediately emailed me to say that there would be a refund sent to the value of the late charter fee within a couple of weeks, which I duly received. They did not have to do this (as we would never have known) and I would again thank them for their honesty and also for all their prior help with arranging the holiday in the first instance. We will certainly be chartering with them in 2015!

Thank you Necmi. We are now back home in Australia. I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of myself and friends for the holiday of a life time upon you Gulet. The service provided by the Captain and cook assigned to our boat was faultless In particular the food provided, The places we were taken,The beautifull coves and harbours and the information provided by the Captain. We have no hesitation in saying your companys professional approach,service and happy staff will always make our holliday to this particular part of Turkey a life time memory.

Hello Necmi

A few weeks ago, I told my wife I wanted to visit family in the Netherlands. She agreed but wanted to go to another country for half the visit just to see something new. She was thinking Belgium or Germany or? The first thing I did was start looking for a last minute catamaran to charter. We have never done this before and did not know what to expect. I read lots of warnings on the internet about booking from smaller companies, but this was the only boat available in our price range. We were also a little unsure about travel in Turkey, with all the world news lately etc. We are back on the docks after an absolutely amazing time on the water and totally enjoyed the hospitality of the Turkish people we have met on our travels. The people at Aura Charters are excellent to work with and full of smiles and quick to help. I just wanted to send you this message of thanks and appreciation for everything you have done for us.

I will just say now that our trip was absolute heaven and we will tell everyone we know how wonderful the Serenity 70 and crew are. There could not be a better cruise experience in all of Turkey and we thank you all so much for our superb experience.
