A few weeks ago, I told my wife I wanted to visit family in the Netherlands. She agreed but wanted to go to another country for half the visit just to see something new. She was thinking Belgium or Germany or? The first thing I did was start looking for a last minute catamaran to charter. We have never done this before and did not know what to expect. I read lots of warnings on the internet about booking from smaller companies, but this was the only boat available in our price range. We were also a little unsure about travel in Turkey, with all the world news lately etc. We are back on the docks after an absolutely amazing time on the water and totally enjoyed the hospitality of the Turkish people we have met on our travels. The people at Aura Charters are excellent to work with and full of smiles and quick to help. I just wanted to send you this message of thanks and appreciation for everything you have done for us.

it's a real pleasure getting back with a testimonial, i really enjoyed my weeks but first of all and more than the beauty of places, I do have been really impressed by general condition and dotationes of the boat and the perfect breakdown of the staff and generally of the Country tourismwise.

Everything was perfect with the boat and the crew. We had a wonderful time with good food, good rest and a lot of fun. Except the first night in front of halicarnass the night club ! We will definitely think to book a new boat for another holidays !

We had a really awesome time sailing again in Turkey and will definitely be back next year!
The yacht my brother hired was very impressive – spacious, easy to sail and everything was in good working order. It was neat, very clean and the linen smelt divine! The hand-over was quick and effortless – also on return to port – all was handled very professionally. Your staff are friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch to have the mobile phone in case of emergency (which fortunately we never had to use).
Just a few small things which may further improve guests experience: -
It would have been great to have some dish sponges/ washing up cloths for washing dishes and also washing up liquid. As most of your guests come from other countries, these kind of groceries items are such a waste to purchase and not usually included in our food shop.
The pillows were quite uncomfortable – very hard. I only became use to it towards the end of the trip. ‘Softer’ feather-down type or similar would be more suitable – we had these on the yacht we hired last year from a different charter company.
Perhaps also to include swimming towels – even as an extra option to guests to pre-order/ pay for and have on the yacht on arrival.
