What our clients say!
We booked with Boating Turkey only two weeks before we were due to leave at the busiest time of the season. We were struggling to find any other company that could find a boat that met our needs and Boating Turkey found us two boats that were exactly what we were looking for. The descriptions on the web site exactly met the boats we got and it was great to be able to get an exact description of the yachts. They were happy to make all the arrangements including transfers. The agents they dealt with were all really helpful and we felt looked after from the moment we landed until the moment we left.
Gulet Trip on M/S Remo
Our first experience on a Gulet we had in these last September days (2018). After an ?nternet research I contacted Mr Necmi Artar for a 5 day trip for 2 person. He proposed for 2 people a trip with the boat M/S Remo with the Captains Celal and Ismet (his son) and the younger son Emir. Today will finish our small adventure in the Gulf of Gökova Körfezi and we are really sorry.
The boat is comfortable with a big master cabin and as we are only 2 people we can put the luggage in a smaller cabin. We stopped and stayed in beautiful lonely bays with cristal clear water. Sometimes we could go on the islands to have nice walks in the pine forest. Every day Isemt and Emir cooked delicious Turkish specialities with a lot of fresh vegetables. Everything was very tasty and we discovered the variety of Turkish specialities. Celal the younger son took care of cleaning, anchoring. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The father speaks a little bit of English, enough to have some nice chat. The best months are June and September, water is still 25° warm but not many Gulets are around and you really enjoy peace and heaven. The family is really lovely and they know the best bays to stay. We could not have a better boat. We felt like honeymooners! (after 13 years of marriage)
PS: The wines we could order on the winelist were really good!

Friends of ours had hired a Gullet with Boating Turkey and recommended them so our family of 5 ( 3 sons between 7 and 13) hired a Gullet for a week in early August and motored the Gocek Marmaris Gocek route. The Gullet, Remo was captained by its owner Celal and his two competent sons Cem and Erdem. Celal is a very seasoned mariner with more than 40 years at sea so we felt very safe in his Gullet. Although we did not hoist the sails we still experienced the sensation of being on a sailing boat in the open sea travelling to and from Marmaris and witnessed some spectacular sunrises.
The food was exceptional especially given the size of a galley kitchen and each day we ate very well. Celal chose idyllic locations for daily swimming and snorkelling and our boys had great fun kayaking, waterskiing and of course jumping off the boat! Some highlights on shore were visiting the ancient city of Kaunos, the rock tombs and seeing the endangered loggerhead turtles.
Boating Turkey were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We hope to revisit the Turkish coast and would not hesitate using Boating Turkey again.

Having just returned from a week on Sun-World IX we have to say it was one of the best sailing trips we have ever had. The company Boating Turkey were wonderful to deal with from the very first email from Necmi. The 4 star boat was very comfortable, well maintained and the captain and crew were excellent and waited on us hand and foot. The weather was excellent, sun shining every day and we visited some lovely bays and most of us swam every day. The water was crystal clear in most bays and although a little on the chilly side some days as it is tends to be in the Mediterranean, it was great to warm up in the sun then jump in to cool off. The chef was excellent and most of the food was typical Turkish style, made with very fresh ingredients and very tasty. The crew made a big effort to please everyone which is quite a feat in a party of 19 and also adapted meals to meet the special dietary requirements of some of our group. Although the group was large the boat was even larger and there was a cabin with ensuite for every 2 or 3 people and of course there was huge amounts of deck space to sunbathe, read or just lounge around. Some nights were warm and some people slept on the many cushions and sun beds up on deck but others found it was cool enough to sleep in their cabins with or without the air-conditioning working which was only when the generator was on. Having sailed at various places around the world on both bareboat and crewed charters over the last 32 years, we feel well qualified to say that this was a wonderful experience and we would love to sail with Boating Turkey again.
