A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. . The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure date

PAYMENT

Boating Turkey accept Visa and MasterCard for payment for all programs. A credit card authorization form is required for all transactions and faxed back to us. For security purposes we require a photocopy of your credit card, your signature, billing address and home telephone number. No second-party credit cards will be accepted. Bank money transfers are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bareboat Charter Reservation
BoatingTurkey will apply cancellation policy to bareboat yachts as follows depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date

a) For bookings cancelled before 10 weeks prior to embarkation, the charterer will be liable for 30 % of the total charter fee.
b) For bookings cancelled between 10 weeks and 8 weeks prior to embarkation, the charterer will be liable for 40 % of the total charter fee.
c) For bookings cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to embarkation, the charterer will be liable for the total charter fee.

BoatingTurkey will return the cancellation fee, less an administration fee of € 150, if the cancelled yacht is re-chartered for the same period, under the same conditions.

Cabin Charter & Private Gulet Charter Reservations

BoatingTurkey will apply cancellation policy to cabin charter & private gulet charter as follows depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date

a) For bookings cancelled before 10 weeks prior to embarkation, the charterer will be liable for 30 % of the total charter fee.
b) For bookings cancelled between 10 weeks and 8 weeks prior to embarkation, the charterer will be liable for 50 % of the total charter fee.
c) For bookings cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to embarkation, the charterer will be liable for the total charter fee.

BoatingTurkey will return the cancellation fee, less an administration fee of € 150, if the cancelled yacht or cabin is re-chartered for the same period, under the same conditions.

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES

Once a service has commenced, no refunds can be made for any specific services.

DOCUMENTS

Travel documents will be issued according the different services rendered.

RESPONSIBILITY

Boating Turkey is responsible in making all the arrangements for everything specified in the services and itineraries. All of the carriers and other services provided in which we bring together in our services work as independent contractors and are not agents or employees of the company. Nevertheless, all of the service provided bears Boating Turkey's guarantee and responsibility for quality service, which we provide all of our customers with. All travel documents issued by Boating Turkey, in written paraphernalia or to the customer, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the laws of Turkey. In case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond the control of the company, than Boating Turkey is responsible in providing equally comfortable and interesting alternatives.

INSURANCE

All boats are fully comprehensive and third party insured. We do advise you to have your own personal travel, health, accident,cancellation, luggage and trip-interruption insurance
