We had a really awesome time sailing again in Turkey and will definitely be back next year! The yacht my brother hired was very impressive – spacious, easy to sail and everything was in good working order. It was neat, very clean and the linen smelt divine! The hand-over was quick and effortless – also on return to port – all was handled very professionally. Your staff are friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch to have the mobile phone in case of emergency (which fortunately we never had to use). Just a few small things which may further improve guests experience: - It would have been great to have some dish sponges/ washing up cloths for washing dishes and also washing up liquid. As most of your guests come from other countries, these kind of groceries items are such a waste to purchase and not usually included in our food shop. The pillows were quite uncomfortable – very hard. I only became use to it towards the end of the trip. ‘Softer’ feather-down type or similar would be more suitable – we had these on the yacht we hired last year from a different charter company. Perhaps also to include swimming towels – even as an extra option to guests to pre-order/ pay for and have on the yacht on arrival.
