Boat Trip in Turkey

We were very happy with Boating Turkey and felt that they represented us well. First of all they were quite responsive to our emails and patient with all of our many questions. When it came time to choose the Gulet they recommended the ones that they thought would best suit us, subject to our needs and budget, and did a very good job of guiding us toward the best one for us. I felt that they had good knowledge of the gulets and when we arrived at our yacht on the first day it was exactly as they had represented it, so that we had no disappointments. Most of the information exchange such as beverage selections, crew lists, requests for transportation, itinerary selection, etc. were dealt with efficiently and therefor the entire trip went very smooth. I also found that they had the best web site for viewing facts, pictures and floor plans of the boats. We had a really awesome time sailing again in Turkey and will definitely be back next year! The yacht my brother hired was very impressive – spacious, easy to sail and everything was in good working order. It was neat, very clean and the linen smelt divine! The hand-over was quick and effortless – also on return to port – all was handled very professionally. Your staff are friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch to have the mobile phone in case of emergency (which fortunately we never had to use). Just a few small things which may further improve guests experience: - It would have been great to have some dish sponges/ washing up cloths for washing dishes and also washing up liquid. As most of your guests come from other countries, these kind of groceries items are such a waste to purchase and not usually included in our food shop. The pillows were quite uncomfortable – very hard. I only became use to it towards the end of the trip. ‘Softer’ feather-down type or similar would be more suitable – we had these on the yacht we hired last year from a different charter company. Perhaps also to include swimming towels – even as an extra option to guests to pre-order/ pay for and have on the yacht on arrival.
