We had a few problems with a suitcase that was lost in travel, but Necmi supported us perfectly. He made sure that the luggage was delivered in a practical way. He also organized transfers from and to the airport with very good service. We could call him any time when we needed a change or a confirmation and we got answers very accurate and efficiently.
