necmi Boating Turkey's services were without fault. Everything promised was delivered and your responses to our various questions were prompt and accurate. I can say without a moments hesitation that we had a great experience in Turkey. The turkish coast is truly amazing and the boat and the various marina facilities were perfect. The turkish people at the various ports visited were friendly and very helpful. Our only complaint is the food is way too delicious and we couldn't stop eating. We had a really awesome time sailing again in Turkey and will definitely be back next year! The yacht my brother hired was very impressive – spacious, easy to sail and everything was in good working order. It was neat, very clean and the linen smelt divine! The hand-over was quick and effortless – also on return to port – all was handled very professionally. Your staff are friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch to have the mobile phone in case of emergency (which fortunately we never had to use). Just a few small things which may further improve guests experience: - It would have been great to have some dish sponges/ washing up cloths for washing dishes and also washing up liquid. As most of your guests come from other countries, these kind of groceries items are such a waste to purchase and not usually included in our food shop. The pillows were quite uncomfortable – very hard. I only became use to it towards the end of the trip. ‘Softer’ feather-down type or similar would be more suitable – we had these on the yacht we hired last year from a different charter company. Perhaps also to include swimming towels – even as an extra option to guests to pre-order/ pay for and have on the yacht on arrival. We rented a sail boat from Boating Turkey in october 2011 for one week in Marmaris. Everything was handled profesionally from the very beginning, all our questions were answered quickly and clearly. later, we had to change our rental period, it was accomodated quickly and without any charge. When we arrived to Marmaris, the boat was ready on time, everything was as promised. While sailing, we had to have a repair done. The repair team came where we were instead of calling us back to the harbor and was done surprisingly fast (within few hours). This was our first experience with Boating Turkey and it was very nice.
