On short notice we chartered a Jeanneau 40.3 ex Fethiye for 5 adults. The charter startup was efficient and friendly. For a 2006 build boat it was in surprisingly good condition. We sailed both sides of Fethiye, including up to Gocek and found numerous little bays to swim in and also pleasant bayside restaurents for dinner. We have no hesitation to recommend Boating Turkey. We spent a lot of time going through travel brochures and surfing the internet in researching our Turkish boating holiday. After lots of false starts with other boating brokers who did not respond speedily or who only answered one or two of our questions, we found the Boating Turkey website and never looked back. The site was very clearly laid out with an extensive list of available boats along with quality photos. Our questions around boats and suggested itineraries were responded to quickly and effectively, and we always felt that we were getting considered opinions and advice rather than rushed and incomplete responses. The result: The boat and her crew were outstanding - a perfect match to our requirements and exactly as promised by the staff who helped us at Boating Turkey. Their staff could not have been more courteous and helpful, both in the booking process, and helping with some extra supplies on the day of departure and getting our family to the boat quickly and efficiently whilst making sure everything was in order with the captain and boat before they waved us off. Dear Necmi, We really loved sailing in Turkey and everything was very professional. The boat was excellent and in fine conditions and the skipper was technically, as far as we can evaluate, very good. Our time in the Bodrum Peninsula aboard BoatingTurkey Vessel for us was definitely the high point of the year – the vessel was a new boat and we found her to be in excellent condition, with all the little facilities that make such a difference already organized. This is the second year that we have organised our sailing holiday through Boating Turkey. When we were planning our holiday in 2005 we stumbled across their website and were very glad that we did so . Necmi was extremely helpful providing us with lots of options to choose from and the prices were quite reasonable. In 2005 we sailed from Bodrum and this year after discussing our options with Necmi we sailed from Dalaman. Both times the process ran extremely smoothly. The filling in of forms took next to no time and it was very easy to transfer our deposit and final payment from a UK bank account. The yachts were in excellent shape and the service on the ground each time was very professional and welcoming. We would definitely choose Boating Turkey again for any future sailing trips. We where extremely happy with our week sailing from Gocek in June. And I would like to thank you for all your help with the booking and organizing of our charter. Everything was perfect, all trough the pick-up at the airport in the middle of the night, the stay at EFE-hotel (good standard and friendly staff) and the handling at the marina by the your staff. The boat was in very good shape, even with a Norwegian flag flying. Nice touch! We had a wonderful week sailing; our only minor problem was that the outboard on the dinghy didn’t work.
