This has been our first experience of sailing the Turkish coast and after that I have to recommend Boating Turkey. The booking procedure went fine, Necmi provide us with all the information we requested, and all the process was as expected: they were waiting for us at Dalaman airport with a first class vehicle, the boat was in perfect conditions and well equipped, the people at the Marina was very professional and efficient, and the sailing experience at the Lycian coast was simply marvelous, beatiful weather, cristal clear waters, superb landscapes and very friendly people. Dear Necmi, We had a wonderful vacation. The boat was very nice and clean when we arrived. We had a defect of one of the engines, but that was correctly taken care off. Also the inspection of the boat in the beginning and at the end went very efficient and kind. We would certainly recommend your services to other people. "Having just returned from a week on Sun-World IX we have to say it was one of the best sailing trips we have ever had. The company “Boating Turkey” were wonderful to deal with from the very first email from Necmi. The “4 star” boat was very comfortable, well maintained and the captain and crew were excellent and waited on us hand and foot. The weather was excellent, sun shining every day and we visited some lovely bays and most of us swam every day. The water was crystal clear in most bays and although a little on the chilly side some days as it is tends to be in the Mediterranean, it was great to warm up in the sun then jump in to cool off. The chef was excellent and most of the food was typical Turkish style, made with very fresh ingredients and very tasty. The crew made a big effort to please everyone which is quite a feat in a party of 19 and also adapted meals to meet the special dietary requirements of some of our group. Although the group was large the boat was even larger and there was a cabin with ensuite for every 2 or 3 people and of course there was huge amounts of deck space to sunbathe, read or just lounge around. Some nights were warm and some people slept on the many cushions and sun beds up on deck but others found it was cool enough to sleep in their cabins with or without the air-conditioning working which was only when the generator was on. Having sailed at various places around the world on both bareboat and crewed charters over the last 32 years, we feel well qualified to say that this was a wonderful experience and we would love to sail with Boating Turkey again. Dear Necmi, Thank you very much for arranging our Turkish Gulet holiday in July, 2009. This was our second boating holiday with Boating Turkey, and we absolutely loved it! We chartered the Miriam Sophie, a 28 metre luxury gulet with two other families, and cruised from Marmaris, through Turkey, to Symi and Rhodes. Our captain and his family, who were the crew, were very amenable, and did everything they could to make our trip fantastic. The food was superb, you really wonder how they can whip up such great dishes on a boat! The coves and islands we visited were all gorgeous, and the highlight I think was our 3 nights in Symi, the harbour was just gorgeous, with Italian colonial architecture and brilliant cafes, then the following 2 nights were spent in little coves with the most magnificent blue water to swim in. The captain also took us to his home port in Turkey, Green Village, which was delightful. The itinerary was very flexible, and crew happy to accommodate our choices. The boat was immaculately maintained, the cabins were large and roomy, the bathrooms were spacious and had a proper shower and toilet. There was loads of deck space both up front with sunbeds for all, and at the rear, which was enormous. We loved to sleep on deck, falling asleep with the stars at night. The captain was very skilled, we were amazed how he could manoevre such a large boat into tight spaces. All in all, we had a brilliant experience. The booking and organization process was extremely simple, easy and smooth, and Necmi was very patient with us as we changed plans several times during the booking and departure period. The drinks etc were all pre-ordered via the net. If you want a truly relaxing holiday, the sun and breeze in your face and not a care in the world, you can't beat this.
