We where extremely happy with our week sailing from Gocek in June. And I would like to thank you for all your help with the booking and organizing of our charter. Everything was perfect, all trough the pick-up at the airport in the middle of the night, the stay at EFE-hotel (good standard and friendly staff) and the handling at the marina by the your staff. The boat was in very good shape, even with a Norwegian flag flying. Nice touch! We had a wonderful week sailing; our only minor problem was that the outboard on the dinghy didn’t work. Our holiday was the most relaxing, laid-back and enjoyable holiday we have ever had. Everything ran smoothly from the moment we were greeted at the airport to our last day when the crew spent their free time with us just to make sure we got away okay. Our crew were fantastic - friendly, easy-going and happy to accomodate and anticipate our needs. The food was fantastic and while it was at first strange to let the crew do everything for us, by the end of the week we were so thoroughly relaxed we found it difficult to fend for ourselves when we returned home! We spent every night in a different bay and saw some of the most amazing, blue waters we have ever seen. There is nothing quite like waking up in a beautiful little bay to dive off the boat for that first swim of the day. We even go to meet Bardem the very friendly seal who put his head in our boat and was rewarded with a pat on the head. I have been raving about our Turkish holiday to anybody who will listen and I would highly recommend Boating Turkey to anybody considering a Turkish sailing experience. We hope to return one day! We were very happy with Boating Turkey and felt that they represented us well. First of all they were quite responsive to our emails and patient with all of our many questions. When it came time to choose the Gulet they recommended the ones that they thought would best suit us, subject to our needs and budget, and did a very good job of guiding us toward the best one for us. I felt that they had good knowledge of the gulets and when we arrived at our yacht on the first day it was exactly as they had represented it, so that we had no disappointments. Most of the information exchange such as beverage selections, crew lists, requests for transportation, itinerary selection, etc. were dealt with efficiently and therefor the entire trip went very smooth. I have enjoyed renting sailboats from the Moorings for over 30 years, but I must say BOATING TURKEY was every bit as professional and provided more personal attention to my needs and questions. The boat was in excellent condition with everything as promised. Since I am getting on in age and did not know the waters, I asked for a captain to help us. His sea knowledge was exceptional and he actually became part of our "sailing family" and greatly enhanced our Turkish experience.
