We were very happy with Boating Turkey and felt that they represented us well. First of all they were quite responsive to our emails and patient with all of our many questions. When it came time to choose the Gulet they recommended the ones that they thought would best suit us, subject to our needs and budget, and did a very good job of guiding us toward the best one for us. I felt that they had good knowledge of the gulets and when we arrived at our yacht on the first day it was exactly as they had represented it, so that we had no disappointments. Most of the information exchange such as beverage selections, crew lists, requests for transportation, itinerary selection, etc. were dealt with efficiently and therefor the entire trip went very smooth. I also found that they had the best web site for viewing facts, pictures and floor plans of the boats. We rented a sail boat from Boating Turkey in october 2011 for one week in Marmaris. Everything was handled profesionally from the very beginning, all our questions were answered quickly and clearly. later, we had to change our rental period, it was accomodated quickly and without any charge. When we arrived to Marmaris, the boat was ready on time, everything was as promised. While sailing, we had to have a repair done. The repair team came where we were instead of calling us back to the harbor and was done surprisingly fast (within few hours). This was our first experience with Boating Turkey and it was very nice. We just returned from one of the most decadent, luxurious, and relaxing vacations we have ever taken with our family. What a lovely surprise this was as I found out about Boating Turkey online. After reading the testimonials from other clients and contacting a few of them directly to get their first hand opinions, I was convinced by their rave reviews and felt confident that the trip would be a success. Necmi Artar, the tour manager, was a pleasure to work with. Together, we mapped out several destinations to sail to in the Gulf of Bodrum. Necmi was always a pleasure to work with. Every time I emailed him he replied immediately. I found this comforting and never felt the need to speak with Necmi by phone, or worried that some part of the trip would fall through the cracks. He answered every question I had with virtual smile on his face. The gulet we were on was immaculate, and very spacious. We never felt overcrowded. The crew were very accommodating. In fact, part way through the trip we decided that we wanted to spend some evenings in ports that had entertainment. The captain of the ship fully accommodated our request by turning the boat around and sailing in the other direction towards Greece. We were on the sea during the day and in some fantastic ports by night. Lastly, the food was fresh and very tasty.
